Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breast, sliced thinly
- 4 cups cabbage, sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon cornstarch mixed with 2 tablespoons water
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped green onions for garnish
Instructions
- Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
- Add the sliced chicken and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes. Remove the chicken from the pan and set aside.
- In the same pan, add the minced garlic and sliced cabbage. Stir-fry for about 3 minutes until the cabbage begins to soften.
- Return the chicken to the pan, and add the soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil. Stir to combine.
- Add the cornstarch mixture to the pan and stir until the sauce slightly thickens.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste, garnish with chopped green onions, and serve immediately.
