I was a bit skeptical about combining cinnamon rolls and cheesecake, but this recipe won me over—the swirls of cinnamon and honeybun glaze meld perfectly with the creamy cheesecake layer, and the texture is just right, not too dense. My kids usually pick at desserts, but they devoured this one before I could even snap a photo. Definitely keeping this in my rotation for weekend treats.
