Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 2 large onions, thinly sliced

- 4 cups beef broth
- 1 cup shredded Gruyère cheese

- Sprinkle Gruyère cheese over the meatballs and cover for an additional 10 minutes until the cheese melts.
- Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
