  • 8 oz grilled steak, sliced
  • 12 oz fettuccine pasta
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup gorgonzola cheese, crumbled
  • 1/4 cup parmesan cheese, grated
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook fettuccine pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the sliced grilled steak, season with salt and pepper, and cook until browned. Remove and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté minced garlic until fragrant.
  4. Pour in the heavy cream, stirring to combine, and bring to a gentle simmer.
  5. Stir in gorgonzola and parmesan cheese until melted and the sauce begins to thicken.
  6. Add the cooked pasta to the sauce, tossing to coat evenly.
  7. Top with the cooked steak slices and garnish with fresh parsley.
