Ingredients
- 8 oz grilled steak, sliced
- 12 oz fettuccine pasta
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup gorgonzola cheese, crumbled
- 1/4 cup parmesan cheese, grated
- 2 tbsp butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped for garnish
Instructions
- Cook fettuccine pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the sliced grilled steak, season with salt and pepper, and cook until browned. Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté minced garlic until fragrant.
- Pour in the heavy cream, stirring to combine, and bring to a gentle simmer.
- Stir in gorgonzola and parmesan cheese until melted and the sauce begins to thicken.
- Add the cooked pasta to the sauce, tossing to coat evenly.
- Top with the cooked steak slices and garnish with fresh parsley.
