These cookies turned out perfectly soft with just the right amount of chew, and the white chocolate balances the tart cranberries so well. I was a little worried about overmixing the dough, but they baked up beautifully—my kids couldn’t wait for them to cool before sneaking a few. It’s definitely going into our holiday rotation.
