Bright, zesty lemon chicken with vegetables – one pan, minimal cleanup!
Ingredients
- 4 chicken breasts
- 2 lemons, sliced
- 1 lb baby potatoes
- 2 cups green beans
- 4 cloves garlic
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- Fresh thyme
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400F
- Toss potatoes with oil, spread on pan
- Add chicken, season well
- Top with lemon slices
- Bake 25-30 min
