Asian Sesame Pasta Salad

Tangy ginger-soy dressing with crunchy vegetables.

Ingredients

  • 12 oz spaghetti
  • 2 cups shredded cabbage
  • 1 cup carrots
  • 1 cup edamame
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 3 tbsp sesame oil
  • 2 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 1 tbsp ginger

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta, rinse cold
  2. Whisk dressing
  3. Toss pasta with dressing
  4. Add vegetables, sesame seeds
