Restaurant-quality creamy garlic sauce with sun-dried tomatoes and spinach.
Ingredients
- 4 chicken breasts
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup sun-dried tomatoes
- 2 cups spinach
- 1/2 cup parmesan
- 4 cloves garlic
- Italian seasoning
Instructions
- Season and sear chicken, set aside
- Saute garlic
- Add cream and parmesan
- Stir in tomatoes and spinach
- Return chicken, simmer 5 min
