  • Author: Dorothy Miller

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound lean ground beef
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • 16 ounces pasta ((uncooked))
  • 8 ounces cream cheese
  • 8 ounces sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup milk

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta per package instructions to al dente.
  2. While pasta is cooking, brown the hamburger meat in a large skillet, breaking it up as it cooks. Once it is done, drain any excess grease and return the meat to the skillet.
  3. Add the cream cheese, cheddar cheese, and seasonings (garlic powder, salt, and onion powder) to the meat and stir until it is melted and combined.
  4. Slowly add the milk while continuously stirring to make a sauce.
  5. Add the cooked pasta into the sauce and stir to coat. Serve immediately. Enjoy!
