Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked chicken, cubed
- 2 cups fresh spinach, chopped
- 1 cup cooked rice
- 1 can (10.5 oz) condensed cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add spinach and sauté until wilted.
- In a large bowl, combine cooked chicken, wilted spinach, cooked rice, cream of mushroom soup, and milk. Mix well.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Transfer the mixture into a greased 9×13 inch baking dish and spread evenly.
- Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese on top.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
- Allow to cool slightly before serving.
