Frequently Asked Questions
Can I make Orange Blossom Delight Balls without a food processor?
Yes, you can. Simply chop the nuts and dates as finely as possible by hand and mix the ingredients thoroughly in a bowl. The texture of your Orange Blossom Delight Balls may be slightly more rustic, but they will still be delicious.
How should I store these energy balls, and how long do they last?
Store your Orange Blossom Delight Balls in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to two weeks. For longer storage, you can freeze them for several months, making them a perfect make-ahead treat.
What can I use as a substitute for orange blossom water?
If you don’t have orange blossom water, you can use an equal amount of orange zest or a small amount of pure orange extract to maintain the citrus flavor in your Orange Blossom Delight Balls. The floral note will be different, but the result will still be tasty.
