Greek Pasta Salad: Mediterranean Flavors

Greek pasta salad with feta, olives, cucumber, and zesty lemon dressing.

Ingredients

  • 12 oz rotini pasta
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes
  • 1 cucumber, diced
  • 1 cup Kalamata olives
  • 1 cup feta cheese
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 3 tbsp red wine vinegar
  • 1 tsp dried oregano

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta, drain and rinse cold
  2. Whisk dressing ingredients
  3. Combine all and toss
  4. Chill 1 hour
