Greek pasta salad with feta, olives, cucumber, and zesty lemon dressing.
Ingredients
- 12 oz rotini pasta
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes
- 1 cucumber, diced
- 1 cup Kalamata olives
- 1 cup feta cheese
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 3 tbsp red wine vinegar
- 1 tsp dried oregano
Instructions
- Cook pasta, drain and rinse cold
- Whisk dressing ingredients
- Combine all and toss
- Chill 1 hour
