Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup bacon bits
- 1/2 cup Caesar dressing
- 1 tube pizza dough
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, mozzarella cheese, bacon bits, and Caesar dressing. Mix until evenly coated.
- Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface. Shape it into a rectangle or as desired.
- Spread the chicken mixture over the dough, leaving a small border along the edges.
- Carefully roll the dough over the filling, pinching the edges to seal.
- Place the chicken bake seam-side down on a baking sheet. Brush with the beaten egg and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
