Ingredients

  • 3 ripe bananas
  • 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 1/2 cups flour
  • 1 tsp baking soda

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350F
  2. Mash bananas with peanut butter and butter
  3. Add sugar, egg, vanilla
  4. Fold in flour and baking soda
  5. Bake 55-60 minutes
