Vegan Banana Bread: No Eggs, No Dairy

This vegan banana bread is moist, delicious, and completely plant-based. No eggs or dairy needed!
Ingredients
- 3 ripe bananas
- 1/3 cup coconut oil, melted
- 3/4 cup coconut sugar
- 1 flax egg (1 tbsp flax + 3 tbsp water)
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 1/2 cups flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
Instructions
- Make flax egg, let sit 5 minutes
- Mash bananas, add oil, sugar, flax egg, vanilla
- Add flour and baking soda
- Bake at 350F for 55-60 minutes
