Vegan Banana Bread: No Eggs, No Dairy

This vegan banana bread is moist, delicious, and completely plant-based. No eggs or dairy needed!

Ingredients

  • 3 ripe bananas
  • 1/3 cup coconut oil, melted
  • 3/4 cup coconut sugar
  • 1 flax egg (1 tbsp flax + 3 tbsp water)
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 1/2 cups flour
  • 1 tsp baking soda

Instructions

  1. Make flax egg, let sit 5 minutes
  2. Mash bananas, add oil, sugar, flax egg, vanilla
  3. Add flour and baking soda
  4. Bake at 350F for 55-60 minutes
