  • 1.5 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp cornstarch (dissolve thoroughly to prevent lumps in the sauce)
  • 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
  • 1 tsp rice vinegar
  • 2 tbsp avocado oil (I use Chosen Foods for its high smoke point)
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1.5 tbsp garlic
  • 1.5 tbsp fresh ginger (finely grated for a smooth texture)
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1/4 cup green onions (thinly sliced on the bias)
