Ingredients

  • 12 oz penne pasta
  • 8 oz fresh mozzarella, cubed
  • 2 cups cherry tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup fresh basil
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp balsamic glaze

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta, cool
  2. Cube mozzarella
  3. Whisk oil and balsamic
  4. Combine all, top with basil
