Strawberry Fluff

A no-bake dessert of marshmallow creme and whipped topping folded with fresh strawberries, then chilled.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups fresh strawberries, hulled and diced
  • 1 (7 oz) jar marshmallow fluff
  • 1 (8 oz) container whipped topping, thawed
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice (optional)
  • Fresh mint leaves for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, gently fold the marshmallow fluff and whipped topping together until well combined.
  2. Add the vanilla and the lemon juice, if using, and mix gently.
  3. Fold in the diced strawberries, taking care not to crush them.
  4. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
  5. Garnish with mint leaves or extra strawberry slices if you like.

Notes

For a smoother texture, puree half of the strawberries before folding them in. Thawed and well-drained frozen strawberries can replace fresh ones. A sprinkle of graham cracker crumbs on top adds some crunch.
