Refreshing Peach Lemonade
- 4 ripe peaches, sliced
- 3 large lemons, juiced (about 1 cup)
- 1 cup sugar (or honey/agave to taste)
- 2 cups water (plus more for blending)
- Fresh mint leaves (optional, for garnish)
- Wash and slice the peaches into wedges.
- Juice the lemons until you have around one cup of lemon juice.
- In a bowl, combine sugar with two cups of water and stir until dissolved.
- In a blender, blend peach slices, lemon juice, and two cups of water until smooth.
- For a smoother texture, strain through a fine mesh sieve into a pitcher.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving over ice.
- Garnish with mint leaves or extra peach slices if desired.
