A maximalist breakfast board built in temperature zones so the eggs, griddled fruit, and whipped feta all still taste fresh and contrasted well after it hits the table.
Assemble in waves, not all at once — the hot anchor and griddled fruit should go on last so the board still has contrast 20 minutes in. Swap halloumi for thick-cut bacon or breakfast sausage if you want a more classic anchor. Roasted grapes work in place of stone fruit when it’s out of season. Keep any citrus or pickled onions in a small side bowl instead of scattering them loose, since acid draws moisture out of everything nearby.
