  • 4 slices turkey or ham, rolled into pinwheels
  • 4 mozzarella cheese cubes or string cheese, cut into coins
  • 8 whole wheat crackers
  • 1 cup seedless grapes, halved
  • 1/2 cup fresh strawberries, sliced
  • 1/2 cucumber, sliced into coins
  • 8 cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/4 cup hummus or ranch dip
  • 4 mini banana muffins or a small handful of chocolate chips
  • Optional: cookie cutters for fun shapes

Instructions

  1. Wash and prep all fruits and vegetables, cutting them into bite-sized pieces or fun shapes with cookie cutters.
  2. Roll turkey or ham slices into pinwheels and slice the cheese into coins.
  3. Divide the crackers, protein, and cheese into one compartment of the lunch box.
  4. Add the grapes and strawberries to a second compartment for a sweet, fresh bite.
  5. Arrange the cucumber coins and cherry tomatoes in a third section, alongside a small container of hummus or ranch dip.
  6. Tuck the mini muffin or a small treat into the last compartment.
  7. Close the lunch box, add an ice pack if needed, and refrigerate until ready to pack in the morning.
