4-Ingredient Crock Pot Ravioli Lasagna

An easy and lazy crockpot lasagna recipe made with frozen ravioli, ground beef, jarred pasta sauce, and mozzarella cheese, ready in about 3-4 hours.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb ground hamburger
  • 2 regular size jars of pasta sauce
  • 4 cups mozzarella cheese
  • 2530 oz frozen cheese ravioli

Instructions

  1. Spray the inside of a 6 qt slow cooker with cooking spray.
  2. Brown the hamburger over medium heat until no pink remains. Drain any fat.
  3. Add pasta sauce to the cooked meat, reserving 1 cup of sauce.
  4. Place the reserved 1 cup of pasta sauce in the bottom of the slow cooker.
  5. Top with half of the ravioli, a quarter of the meat sauce mixture, and a quarter of the cheese.
  6. Repeat layers ending with cheese on top.
  7. Cover and cook on low for 3-4 hours.

Notes

You can substitute ground beef with lean ground turkey or Italian sausage for different flavor profiles. Using frozen ravioli makes this recipe simple and convenient. For a meatless version, use ravioli with fillings like spinach and ricotta and omit the meat.
