Creamy Bacon Spaghetti

A rich and indulgent pasta dish with crispy bacon and a velvety cream sauce.

For the Crust:

  • 12 oz spaghetti
  • 8 slices bacon, chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Cook spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, cook chopped bacon over medium heat until crispy. Remove bacon and set aside, leaving 1 tbsp of bacon grease in the pan.
  3. Add minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.
  4. Pour in heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Stir in Parmesan cheese, black pepper, and salt until the sauce thickens slightly.
  5. Add cooked spaghetti and crispy bacon to the skillet. Toss until the pasta is evenly coated with the sauce.
  6. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.

Notes

You can customize the seasonings to taste.
