Chicken Bacon Ranch Gnocchi

Creamy one-pan chicken bacon ranch gnocchi features tender chicken, pillowy gnocchi, and crispy bacon in a rich ranch-flavored sauce, perfect for busy weeknights.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 5 slices bacon, cooked and chopped
  • 1 lb boneless skinless chicken breasts or tenders, cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
  • 1 lb gnocchi
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the bacon according to package instructions. Remove to a paper towel-lined plate to drain. Chop and set aside.
  2. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the chicken, season with salt and pepper, and cook until internal temperature reaches 165°F, about 6-7 minutes.
  3. Add the garlic and cook for 30 seconds. Reduce heat to low. Stir in chicken broth, heavy cream, ranch seasoning, gnocchi, and bacon. Cover and cook for 5-6 minutes.
  4. Uncover, stir occasionally until gnocchi is tender and sauce thickens. Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted. Serve immediately.

Notes

Save some bacon for topping. Gnocchi cooks directly in the sauce for easy one-pan prep. Use uncooked gnocchi for best texture. Adjust ranch seasoning to taste.
