  • 8 oz egg noodles
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp ginger, minced
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • Sesame seeds for garnish
  • Green onions, sliced for garnish

Instructions

  1. Boil the egg noodles according to package instructions, drain, and set aside.
  2. In a wok, heat the vegetable oil over high heat. Add beef slices and stir fry until browned, then remove from the wok and set aside.
  3. In the same wok, add garlic, ginger, red bell pepper, and broccoli. Stir fry for 2-3 minutes until the vegetables are vibrant and crisp.
  4. Return the beef to the wok. Add soy sauce, honey, and sesame oil, stirring everything together until the sauce thickens slightly.
  5. Toss in the cooked noodles, ensuring they are well-coated with the sticky sauce.
  6. Remove from heat and serve hot, garnished with sesame seeds and green onions.
