White Cheddar and Spinach Chicken Burgers

Juicy chicken burgers packed with spinach and melted white cheddar, perfect for a quick and flavorful meal.

For the Crust:

  • 1 lb ground chicken
  • 1 cup fresh spinach, finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup shredded white cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 4 burger buns
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. In a large bowl, combine ground chicken, spinach, white cheddar, breadcrumbs, egg, garlic, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  2. Form the mixture into 4 equal-sized patties.
  3. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook the patties for 5-6 minutes per side, or until fully cooked.
  4. Toast the burger buns lightly if desired.
  5. Assemble the burgers by placing each patty on a bun. Serve warm.
