Description

A refreshing and simple frozen treat made with fresh watermelon, perfect for hot summer days.


Ingredients

For the Crust:

  • 4 cups seedless watermelon, cubed and frozen
  • 1/4 cup fresh lime juice
  • 2 tablespoons honey or agave syrup
  • 1/2 cup ice cubes
  • Fresh mint leaves for garnish (optional)

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Place the frozen watermelon cubes, lime juice, honey, and ice cubes in a blender.
  2. Blend on high until the mixture is smooth and slushy, scraping down the sides as needed.
  3. Pour into glasses, garnish with mint leaves if desired, and serve immediately.

Notes

You can customize the seasonings to taste.
