A refreshing and naturally sweet summer drink made with fresh watermelon and tart lemons.

For the Crust:
- 4 cups seedless watermelon, cubed
- 1 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 4 cups cold water
- Ice cubes
- Fresh mint leaves for garnish
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Blend watermelon cubes in a blender until smooth. Strain through a fine mesh sieve to remove pulp.
- In a large pitcher, combine watermelon juice, lemon juice, and sugar. Stir until sugar dissolves.
- Add cold water and stir well. Serve over ice and garnish with mint leaves.
