For the Crust:
- 1 (3.4 oz) package instant pistachio pudding mix
- 1 (20 oz) can crushed pineapple, undrained
- 1 cup miniature marshmallows
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans
- 1 (8 oz) container frozen whipped topping, thawed
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- In a large bowl, whisk together the pistachio pudding mix and crushed pineapple (with juice) until well combined.
- Fold in the miniature marshmallows and chopped pecans.
- Gently stir in the whipped topping until fully incorporated.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving to allow flavors to meld.
