A classic, creamy pistachio-flavored salad with marshmallows and pineapple.

For the Crust:

  • 1 (3.4 oz) package instant pistachio pudding mix
  • 1 (20 oz) can crushed pineapple, undrained
  • 1 cup miniature marshmallows
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans
  • 1 (8 oz) container frozen whipped topping, thawed

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. In a large bowl, whisk together the pistachio pudding mix and crushed pineapple (with juice) until well combined.
  2. Fold in the miniature marshmallows and chopped pecans.
  3. Gently stir in the whipped topping until fully incorporated.
  4. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving to allow flavors to meld.

Notes

You can customize the seasonings to taste.
