Tzatziki Chicken Naan Pizza

A quick and flavorful naan bread pizza topped with shredded chicken, creamy tzatziki sauce, fresh vegetables, and cheeses for a Mediterranean-inspired meal.

  • 2 naan flatbreads
  • 1 cup cooked, shredded or diced chicken breast
  • 1/2 cup tzatziki sauce
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 1/4 cup diced cucumber
  • 1/4 cup diced tomato or cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 2 tbsp sliced red onion
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: chopped fresh parsley or dill for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Place naan flatbreads on a baking sheet and brush each with olive oil.
  3. Sprinkle dried oregano, salt, and pepper evenly over the naan breads.
  4. Spread about 2 tablespoons of tzatziki sauce on each naan, leaving a slight border.
  5. Top each naan with shredded chicken, mozzarella cheese, diced cucumber, cherry tomatoes, red onion, and crumbled feta cheese.
  6. Bake in the oven for about 10-12 minutes or until the cheese is melted and the toppings are warmed through.
  7. Remove from the oven and garnish with chopped fresh parsley or dill if desired, then slice and serve.

Notes

Use store-bought or homemade tzatziki sauce depending on preference. For best flavor, use grilled or rotisserie chicken. Adding fresh herbs like dill or parsley enhances the Mediterranean taste.
