Delicious and easy-to-make turkey pinwheels with a sweet and tangy cranberry spread.

For the Crust:
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup cranberry sauce
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 8 slices deli turkey
- 1 cup baby spinach leaves
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese, cranberry sauce, garlic powder, and onion powder until smooth.
- Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over each tortilla.
- Layer turkey slices, spinach leaves, and shredded cheddar cheese on top of the cream cheese mixture.
- Roll each tortilla tightly and wrap in plastic wrap. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
- Remove from fridge, unwrap, and slice into 1-inch pinwheels before serving.
