Turkey Cranberry Pinwheels

Delicious and easy-to-make turkey pinwheels with a sweet and tangy cranberry spread.

For the Crust:

  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup cranberry sauce
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 8 slices deli turkey
  • 1 cup baby spinach leaves
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. In a bowl, mix cream cheese, cranberry sauce, garlic powder, and onion powder until smooth.
  2. Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over each tortilla.
  3. Layer turkey slices, spinach leaves, and shredded cheddar cheese on top of the cream cheese mixture.
  4. Roll each tortilla tightly and wrap in plastic wrap. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
  5. Remove from fridge, unwrap, and slice into 1-inch pinwheels before serving.

Notes
