Turkey Cranberry Pinwheels

Description

A delicious and easy-to-make appetizer featuring turkey, cream cheese, and cranberry sauce rolled in tortillas.

For the Crust:

  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup cranberry sauce
  • 1/2 lb sliced turkey breast
  • 1 cup baby spinach leaves
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. In a bowl, mix the softened cream cheese with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  2. Spread a thin layer of the cream cheese mixture evenly over each tortilla.
  3. Spread a layer of cranberry sauce over the cream cheese.
  4. Layer the turkey slices and baby spinach leaves on top of the cranberry sauce.
  5. Roll each tortilla tightly into a log and wrap in plastic wrap.
  6. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour to firm up.
  7. Slice into 1-inch pinwheels before serving.

Notes

You can customize the seasonings to taste.
