Turkey Burger Sliders

Juicy turkey burger sliders with all your favorite toppings, perfect for parties, BBQs, or easy weeknight dinners.

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons neutral oil (like avocado or grapeseed oil)
  • 1 pound lean ground turkey
  • 1/2 onion, finely diced
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 3/4 teaspoon kosher salt
  • Fresh black pepper, to taste
  • 8 slider buns
  • Cheese (any good melting cheese, optional)
  • Lettuce (optional)
  • Tomato (optional)
  • Onion (optional)
  • Mayonnaise (optional)
  • Ketchup (optional)
  • Mustard (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine ground turkey, diced onion, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and black pepper. Mix gently until just combined.
  2. Divide the mixture into 8 equal portions and shape each into a small patty, about 3 inches wide and 1/2 inch thick.
  3. Heat oil in a cast iron skillet, griddle pan, or grill over medium-high heat. Cook patties for about 4 minutes per side, or until internal temperature reaches 165°F.
  4. Toast slider buns lightly if desired. Assemble sliders with cooked patties, cheese, lettuce, tomato, onion, and condiments of choice.

Notes

For extra flavor, add your favorite spices or herbs to the turkey mixture. These sliders can also be cooked on a grill for a smoky flavor. Serve immediately for best texture.
