A spicy and flavorful Korean-style Maggi noodle recipe with chili garlic seasoning.

  • 1 package of Maggi noodles
  • 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon of Korean chili flakes (gochugaru)
  • 1 teaspoon of soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon of Gochujang (Korean chili paste)
  • 1 teaspoon of sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon of ground black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon of salt
  • 1/4 cup of chopped green onions for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook the Maggi noodles according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. Heat the vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and cook until translucent.
  3. Add the minced garlic and cook for another minute until fragrant.
  4. Add the Korean chili flakes, soy sauce, Gochujang, sugar, black pepper, and salt. Stir well to combine.
  5. Add the cooked noodles to the pan and stir-fry for about 2-3 minutes to coat the noodles evenly with the sauce.
  6. Garnish with chopped green onions and serve hot.

Notes

This recipe combines the spicy and sweet flavors of Korean cuisine with the convenience of Maggi noodles. Adjust the amount of chili flakes to your desired level of spiciness.
