A smooth, creamy, and perfectly sweet icing that pairs well with cakes, cookies, and cupcakes.


Ingredients

For the Crust:

  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 3 cups powdered sugar
  • 1/4 cup whole milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. In a large bowl, beat the softened butter until creamy and smooth.
  2. Gradually add the powdered sugar, mixing on low speed until combined.
  3. Pour in the milk, vanilla extract, and salt. Beat on medium speed until the icing is light and fluffy, about 3-4 minutes.
  4. If the icing is too thick, add a teaspoon of milk at a time until desired consistency is reached. If too thin, add more powdered sugar.
  5. Use immediately to frost cakes, cupcakes, or cookies.

Notes

You can customize the seasonings to taste.
