A creamy, flavorful egg salad perfect for sandwiches or crackers.

For the Crust:

  • 6 large hard-boiled eggs, peeled and chopped
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped celery
  • 2 tablespoons finely chopped red onion
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh dill
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. In a large bowl, combine the chopped eggs, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, and lemon juice. Mix until well combined.
  2. Add the celery, red onion, and fresh dill. Stir gently to incorporate all ingredients.
  3. Season with salt and black pepper to taste. Chill for at least 30 minutes before serving for best flavor.

Notes

You can customize the seasonings to taste.
