For the Crust:
- 2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken thighs, cubed
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 1 large onion, finely chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp ginger, grated
- 1 can (14 oz) tomato sauce
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 tbsp garam masala
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp turmeric
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh cilantro for garnish
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add onions and sauté until translucent.
- Add garlic and ginger, cooking for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- Add chicken cubes and cook until browned on all sides, about 5-7 minutes.
- Stir in tomato sauce, garam masala, cumin, paprika, turmeric, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 10 minutes.
- Pour in heavy cream and simmer for another 10 minutes until the sauce thickens.
- Garnish with fresh cilantro before serving.
