For the Crust:

  • 2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken thighs, cubed
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 1 large onion, finely chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp ginger, grated
  • 1 can (14 oz) tomato sauce
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tbsp garam masala
  • 1 tsp ground cumin
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh cilantro for garnish

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add onions and sauté until translucent.
  2. Add garlic and ginger, cooking for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  3. Add chicken cubes and cook until browned on all sides, about 5-7 minutes.
  4. Stir in tomato sauce, garam masala, cumin, paprika, turmeric, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 10 minutes.
  5. Pour in heavy cream and simmer for another 10 minutes until the sauce thickens.
  6. Garnish with fresh cilantro before serving.

Notes

You can customize the seasonings to taste.
