A delicious fusion of tacos and lasagna, layered with seasoned ground beef, cheese, and tortillas.

For the Crust:
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 1 cup water
- 1 can (15 oz) black beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 can (15 oz) corn, drained
- 1 can (10 oz) diced tomatoes with green chilies
- 6 large flour tortillas
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup chopped green onions
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat. Drain excess fat.
- Stir in taco seasoning and water. Simmer for 5 minutes.
- Add black beans, corn, and diced tomatoes. Cook for another 5 minutes.
- In a 9×13-inch baking dish, layer 2 tortillas, half of the meat mixture, 1/3 of the cheese, and 1/3 of the sour cream. Repeat layers.
- Top with remaining tortillas, cheese, and sour cream.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.

You can customize the seasonings to taste.
