A delicious fusion of tacos and lasagna, layered with seasoned ground beef, cheese, and tortillas.

For the Crust:
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 1 can (15 oz) black beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 can (10 oz) diced tomatoes with green chilies
- 6 large flour tortillas
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup sliced black olives
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat. Drain excess fat and stir in taco seasoning, black beans, and diced tomatoes. Simmer for 5 minutes.
- Layer half of the tortillas in the bottom of a greased 9×13-inch baking dish. Spread half of the beef mixture over the tortillas, followed by half of the sour cream and half of the cheese.
- Repeat the layers with remaining tortillas, beef mixture, sour cream, and cheese. Top with black olives.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, until cheese is bubbly and golden. Garnish with green onions before serving.
