For the Crust:
- 3 cups white chocolate chips
- 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp almond extract
- 1/2 cup sugar cookie mix (dry)
- 1/4 cup sprinkles (optional)
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Line an 8×8 inch baking dish with parchment paper.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, combine white chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring between each, until fully melted and smooth.
- Stir in vanilla extract, almond extract, and sugar cookie mix until well combined.
- Fold in sprinkles if using, then pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until firm. Cut into squares and serve.
