Strawberry Sorbet

Description

A refreshing and simple strawberry sorbet made with fresh strawberries and a touch of sweetness.


Ingredients

For the Crust:

  • 4 cups fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup water

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Combine strawberries, sugar, lemon juice, and water in a blender. Blend until smooth.
  2. Pour the mixture into a shallow dish and freeze for 1 hour.
  3. After 1 hour, stir the mixture with a fork to break up any ice crystals. Repeat every 30 minutes until fully frozen (about 3-4 hours total).

Notes

You can customize the seasonings to taste.
