Strawberry Pretzel Salad

A sweet and salty dessert with a pretzel crust, creamy filling, and strawberry topping.

For the Crust:

  • 2 cups crushed pretzels
  • 3/4 cup melted butter
  • 3 tablespoons sugar
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 8 oz whipped topping
  • 6 oz strawberry gelatin
  • 2 cups boiling water
  • 16 oz frozen strawberries, thawed

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Mix crushed pretzels, melted butter, and 3 tablespoons sugar. Press into a 9×13-inch baking dish and bake for 10 minutes. Let cool.
  2. Beat cream cheese and 1 cup sugar until smooth. Fold in whipped topping. Spread over cooled crust.
  3. Dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Stir in strawberries. Pour over cream cheese layer. Refrigerate until set, about 4 hours.

Notes
