Description

A delicious no-bake dessert lasagna with layers of graham crackers, cream cheese filling, and fresh strawberries.

For the Crust:

  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 16 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 8 oz whipped topping
  • 4 cups fresh strawberries, sliced
  • 1/4 cup strawberry jam

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar in a bowl. Press into the bottom of a 9×13-inch dish to form the crust.
  2. In another bowl, beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Fold in half of the whipped topping.
  3. Spread the cream cheese mixture over the graham cracker crust.
  4. Arrange sliced strawberries evenly over the cream cheese layer.
  5. Warm the strawberry jam slightly and drizzle over the strawberries.
  6. Spread the remaining whipped topping over the strawberries.
  7. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight before serving.

Notes

You can customize the seasonings to taste.
