A delicious dessert pizza with a sugar cookie crust, creamy topping, and fresh strawberries.

For the Crust:

  • 1 roll refrigerated sugar cookie dough
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/3 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 cups fresh strawberries, sliced
  • 1/4 cup strawberry jam

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Press cookie dough into a greased 12-inch pizza pan and bake for 12-15 minutes until golden. Let cool completely.
  2. In a bowl, mix cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Spread over cooled cookie crust.
  3. Arrange strawberry slices on top. Warm jam slightly and brush over strawberries. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.

Notes

You can customize the seasonings to taste.
