Stovetop Creamy Ground Beef Pasta

A quick and comforting one-pot pasta dish with creamy ground beef and tender pasta.

For the Crust:

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 8 oz pasta (such as penne or rotini)
  • 3 cups beef broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat until fully cooked. Drain excess fat.
  2. Add diced onion and minced garlic to the skillet. Cook for 2-3 minutes until softened.
  3. Pour in beef broth and pasta. Stir well, then bring to a boil.
  4. Reduce heat to a simmer, cover, and cook for 12-15 minutes until pasta is tender.
  5. Stir in heavy cream, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 2-3 minutes.
  6. Remove from heat and stir in Parmesan cheese until melted and creamy.

Notes
