For the Crust:
- 1.5 lbs sirloin steak, cut into 1-inch cubes
- 1 red bell pepper, cut into chunks
- 1 green bell pepper, cut into chunks
- 1 red onion, cut into chunks
- 1 zucchini, sliced into rounds
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- In a large bowl, whisk together olive oil, soy sauce, garlic, oregano, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Add steak cubes to the marinade and toss to coat. Let marinate for at least 30 minutes, or up to 4 hours.
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
- Thread steak and vegetables alternately onto skewers.
- Grill kabobs for 8-10 minutes, turning occasionally, until steak is cooked to desired doneness and vegetables are tender.
- Serve immediately.
