For the Crust:
- 1.5 lbs sirloin steak, cut into 1-inch cubes
- 1 red bell pepper, cut into chunks
- 1 green bell pepper, cut into chunks
- 1 red onion, cut into chunks
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- In a bowl, whisk together olive oil, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Add steak cubes to the marinade and toss to coat. Let marinate for at least 30 minutes, or up to 4 hours.
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
- Thread steak cubes, bell peppers, and onions onto skewers, alternating ingredients.
- Grill kabobs for 8-10 minutes, turning occasionally, until steak reaches desired doneness.
- Remove from grill and let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
