Spinach Quiche

A delicious and creamy spinach quiche with a flaky crust, perfect for brunch or dinner.

For the Crust:

  • 1 pre-made pie crust
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 cups fresh spinach, chopped
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Place the pie crust in a 9-inch pie dish and prick the bottom with a fork.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together eggs, heavy cream, milk, salt, pepper, and nutmeg.
  3. Stir in chopped spinach and shredded cheeses. Pour the mixture into the pie crust.
  4. Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the center is set and the top is golden brown.
  5. Let cool for 5 minutes before slicing and serving.

Notes

You can customize the seasonings to taste.
