Spicy Sausage Ramen

A hearty and flavorful ramen bowl featuring spicy sausage slices simmered in a savory broth, combined with tender noodles and fresh vegetables for a comforting and satisfying meal.

  • 100g ramen noodles
  • 1 sausage (such as bratwurst or kielbasa), sliced
  • 2 cups chicken or vegetable broth
  • 1 teaspoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon chili flakes (optional)
  • 1/4 cup sliced green onions
  • 1/4 cup shredded carrots
  • 1 boiled egg (optional)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Bring the broth to a simmer in a pot over medium heat.
  2. Add minced garlic, soy sauce, sesame oil, and chili flakes to the broth. Stir and let it simmer for 3 minutes.
  3. Add the sliced sausage to the broth and cook for 5 minutes until heated through.
  4. In a separate pot, cook the ramen noodles according to package instructions, then drain.
  5. Place cooked noodles into a serving bowl.
  6. Pour the hot sausage broth over the noodles.
  7. Top with sliced green onions, shredded carrots, and boiled egg halves if using.
  8. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  9. Serve immediately and enjoy your spicy sausage ramen bowl.

Notes

Feel free to adjust the spice level by adding more or less chili flakes. You can substitute the sausage with your favorite variety. For extra flavor, add a splash of fish sauce or a squeeze of lemon juice before serving.
